Peppers/Chillies

Peppers come in a multitude of shapes and colors and with its aromatic fruity flavor and high vitamin C level, they have found their way into many dishes. It is not surprising that 9,000 years ago South and Central American peoples already appreciated its properties. Hungary in particular has long been a hotbed of pepper breeding.

Good yields in outdoor cultivation in mild locations. Protected cultivation significantly extends the harvest season. Remove the first blossoms before fruits set so that the plant develops more foliage.
